Adhesive basing on SBS-Caoutchouc, dissolved in organic solvent.
Can be worked as one and bothside adhesive.

ZELUGEN

Solvent containing adhesive basing on thermoplastic polyurethane, available as 1- and 2-component (+ hardener/Zeludur) adhesive.

An extreme alternative to the ZELUFLEX-types. For all bondings for interior parts (automotive)! Expecially recommended for textile, PVC-foil and carpet on carrier materials like PC-blank, PC/ABS or ABS/PP – even for deep drawing.

ZELUGENE does reach best values in resistances against temperature, flexibilizer and ageing. It is perfect for brush and spray application.

ZELUFLEX

Contact adhesive substances based on thermoplastic polychloroprene rubber dissolved in (toluol free) inflammable organic solvents. Solid content 20-25%.
The ZELUFLEX-versions are different in open time and the possibility to reactivate.

Typical applications are very difficult bondings with high tension (edge wrapping for interior parts) and bondings for office chairs and seats for public vehicles. Apply always on both substrates with an adequate flash off time.

To bond leather, synthetic leather and PVC we recommend the TPU-adhesive ZELUGEN.
