Zelupur SF
These types are formulated waterblown systems for the production of semi rigid polyurethane foam. The moulded foam parts have a closed surface (but not an integral skin !). They can be modified from soft up to semi-rigid.
So there are many different applications for SF-systems, e.g. rear-foamed instrument panels and centre dashboards for the automotive industry, sun roofs and technical parts like knee pads or wallpaper rollers.
Typical properties:
| Density | ab 100 kg/m³ |
| Tensile strength | > 15 N/cm² |
| Elongation at break | > 50 % |
| Compression stress | > 15 kPa |
| Shore A | ab 5° |
Zelupur EA
Our energy absorbing systems can be set soft, semi rigid or rigid, always depending on application. They have outstanding shock-absorbing and reset properties, therefore they are used for the passive safety applications in vehicles and external car bumpers.
Typical properties:
| Dichten: | 60 - 800 kg/m³ |
| Reißdehnungen: | 5 - 150 % |
| Stauchhärten: | 20 -200 kPA |
Zelupur RI
RI-Systems (rigid integral skin) are systems to produce rigid foams consisting a densified peripheral zone and a cellular core. The surface hardness is very high. Therefore these kind of systems are qualified for devices and equipment.
Typical properties:
| Density | 200 - 1.000 kg/m³ |
| Shore D | > 20 |
