Sealing foam (DS/EL)

Zelu supplies two-component sealing foam systems (Zelupur DS) for FIPFG (formed-in-place foamed gaskets), that feature a wide range of properties and simple processing. Zelu sealing foams have excellent adhesion on many component surfaces and, depending on the application, can have Shore hardnesses from 20 Shore 00 to 60 Shore A. The viscosity of the foam systems is set between free-flowing (approx. 1,000 mPa*s) and paste-like (approx. 70,000 mPa*s) according to customer requirements.
